Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains how to end your paid "Duo" subscription and what the consequences are. It supplements our Terms of Sale.
1. How to cancel
You can cancel your Duo subscription at any time, directly from your Nuptia account settings, in just a few clicks. No justification is required.
2. When it takes effect
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period already paid for. You keep access to all premium features until then. On that date, automatic renewal stops and no further charge is made.
3. No fees, no required steps
Cancellation is free: no cancellation fee applies. No phone call, letter, or additional step is required; cancelling from your account is sufficient.
4. Consequences
At the end of the paid period, your account automatically switches to the free "Essentiel" plan. Your data (planning, guests, vendors, documents) is retained and remains accessible; only the premium features reserved for the Duo plan stop being available. You can reactivate the Duo subscription at any time.
5. Account and data deletion
Cancelling the subscription does not delete your account or your data. If you wish to permanently delete your account and all your data, or to export your data, you can request it; the procedures, deletion timeframes, and the exercise of your rights are detailed in our Privacy Policy (GDPR).
