Terms of Service

1. Purpose of the service

Nuptia is an online wedding planning platform, published by Vanille Digital Ltd. The service offers planning tools, vendor management, guest lists, and an AI assistant to help prepare your wedding.

2. Subscription terms

Nuptia offers two plans:

• Essentiel (free): access to essential planning features.
• Duo (€9.99/month): access to all features, including the AI assistant, advanced vendor management, and premium features.

Billing is handled by Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy LLC), acting as Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy issues invoices and processes payments. Nuptia does not have access to your banking details.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your Duo subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for the remaining period.

4. Refund policy

Refund requests are handled by Lemon Squeezy in accordance with their policy. You can contact our support at support@nuptia-app.com for any claims.

5. Limitation of liability

Nuptia is provided "as is." We make every effort to ensure the availability and reliability of the service, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Nuptia shall not be held liable for decisions made based on AI assistant suggestions, which are provided for informational purposes only.

6. Intellectual property

All elements constituting the Nuptia platform (code, design, texts, logos) are the exclusive property of Vanille Digital Ltd. Content created by users (lists, notes, documents) remains their property.

7. Applicable law

These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution before any legal action. Otherwise, the competent courts shall be those of the defendant's domicile.
